Delivery times

Because everything is made to order and delivered digitally, there is no shipping. On WhatsApp, stickers usually arrive within 6 minutes of payment, a storybook PDF within 4 minutes, the storybook video within 10 minutes, a reel within 20 minutes, and a reel's HD copy within 6 minutes. Tara tells you in the chat if an order is running late.

When you get a refund

If a paid order is not delivered within 24 hours, we refund the full amount.

If a delivered item is unusable because of an error on our side (blank, corrupted, or clearly not what was ordered), we remake it or refund it, your choice.

A reel is made by a video engine that may decline a particular reel or photo. If it declines yours, we try once more; if it declines again, Tara tells you in the chat and your payment is refunded in full, without you having to ask.

What is not refunded

Pictures already delivered, and pictures you dislike for reasons of taste, since AI results vary and your avatar is shown before you pay for stickers or a storybook; a set that came out wrong is redone once instead.

Cancellation

An order can be cancelled only before generation starts; once a picture or video is being made it cannot be stopped.

How to claim

Write to support@tara-ai.studio from the WhatsApp number or email you paid with, quoting the Razorpay payment reference. We confirm within 2 working days and refunds reach the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days of approval.
